And right now, we’re looking for an amazing Marketing Coordinator to join our incredible team and support with all client projects and communication.

  • You have a passion for digital marketing and want to learn and grow
  • You have 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (can be self taught or in a previous role)
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills via email and phone.
  • Ability to take initiative and be truly invested in the company’s growth
  • A passion (again, maybe obsession) for systems, processes, and organization.
  • Vast tech skills and a love for working with online marketing systems
  • A hunger for learning new skills and discovering new systems
  • Ability to self-coach and find solutions to tech and marketing problems (with guidance)
  • The drive to get things done, pursue projects until they are completed, and make things happen.
  • Able to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize so that things get done.
  • Relentless follow-up and tracking of projects until they are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for Marketing Success and report on Marketing Metrics weekly so we are systematically reviewing our numbers
  • Identify the needed resources, online tools, and team members to execute strategy
  • Work with the CEO to manage & implement the marketing budget
  • Making sure all of our funnels, marketing and branding is consistent and the high quality we want to be represented as a company
  • Document critical processes so that they can be repeated by anyone
  • Taking initiative and proactiveness to constantly be coming up with new ideas and strategies for the agency’s marketing and business development
  • Create and manage project management tasks for funnels and any major marketing projects for clients
  • QA work to ensure there are no mistakes
  • Updating and responding to client questions
