We are in search of a Community Manager to support our ecommerce business as we scale to the moon! Our brand is in the men’s accessory organizer niche, such as watch, knife and coin display cases.
We have managed to build a tight-fit and engaged community through our Instagram and Facebook group but now we need someone who can help us take this to a new level. Our community is everything to us and it’s time we invested further in building an even better relationship with them.
The ideal candidate will have experience building a highly engaged and active community, ideally within the ecommerce space. As a founder-led organization, we highly value our entrepreneurial spirit and ability to get stuff done in an incredibly high-growth environment. The ideal candidate would be dynamic, creative, quick to react and bring a lot of new ideas to the table.
Ultimately, as our Community Manager, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Community Manager duties and responsibilities
Bring in new, innovative ideas to help us significantly grow the size and engagement of our community.
Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
Work with our social and content team to ensure we provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Liaise with Development and Sales departments
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
Community Manager requirements
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience with social media management
Strong understanding of online marketing
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This is a 100% remote role.
