Overview
We’re looking for someone to help take our Digital Marketing & Email Marketing to the next level. Our ideal candidate is experienced, passionate and motivated. If you excel in creating strategy and copy that promotes engagement and sales, you may be the person we are looking for. This is a part-time contracted position (approximately 10-15 hours per week) and has the potential to grow to more.

Responsibilities:
- Create and enhance current email marketing campaigns
- Create email sequences, funnels and lead magnets for current and future services
- Strategize a plan for our current affiliates to increase sales
- Monitor conversions and sales and tweak campaigns and strategy as necessary
- Oversee email groups, segments, and campaigns, cleaning lists when needed
- Report and Strategize with Company’s Online Business Manager and CEO
- Outreach to bloggers, influencers, websites that align with our vision/ mission for content collaboration and/or encouraging them to sign up for our affiliate program

Pay $20-$30/hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Proven history of increasing conversion rate through email marketing campaigns - Previous experience working in Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms - Experience winning traffic from affiliate program - Proven ability to write content that converts - Great communicator - Self-starter, driven motivated - Results oriented - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with affiliates and influencers
