Looking for an administrator/assistant who is ambitious and tech-oriented.

The day-to-day activities will vary tremendously. Some activities include:

– helping add bills to Xero
– creating analytics docs to measure marketing touch points
– assisting with data entry into Salesforce
– scheduling meetings
– organize travel
– organize/create documentation
– help edit Squarespace website
– posting on social media
– helping create lists and emails in ActiveCampaign

So I’m not looking for one particular skill. Really looking to work with someone who works in the U.S. timezone and is detail-oriented. In your cover letter, please tell us your favorite technology of the above list or any others you’ve used. We would be working with various technologies, so I don’t expect you to know all of them but you’d be interested/willing to learn or have worked in similar ones.
