We are expanding our team and we are looking for a full-time Mom to join us.

We run and manage a portfolio of e-commerce businesses, and looking for someone in the U.S timezone to help us grow.

The role would include but not limited to.

Responding to customer emails, and helping them solve their issues.

Taking phone calls, and making calls to our customers.

Connecting with our customers on social media and responding to comments and messages on our advertising.

Dealing with payment disputes.

Growing social media accounts etc.. Instagram

Strong understanding of branding.

Managing communities on Facebook

And simply thinking outside of the box and applying initiative where you feel you can improve on certain areas.

We are looking for a hard-working person who will put in the hours, wants to understand the business and who will go above and beyond with customer service.

As a relatively new company, there will be a lot of opportunity for growth in the future we will be looking for operators (those who understand the company inside and out and will do everything in their power to implement the right systems and to make it succeed)

This role is 100% remote, and we do appreciate the freedom that it gives. The only thing is required is that you are in the U.S timezone to take calls, and be active when our customers are.
