Overview

Seeking self-motivated creative who loves therapy, podcasts, and social media!

I have a successful business and podcast and am now unable to keep running it all by myself. I need someone to help me manage all the behind-the-scenes components of my podcast as well as manage the social media accounts.

Duties include:

-image creation for social media posts
-curating/preparing social media posts
-field and redirect DMs to proper channels
-correspond with podcast guests
-acquire and organize podcast guest promotional materials
-coordinate with web designer, podcast editing team, and executive director for certain projects

I’m laid back and love to let go of the reigns, so I’m looking for a person who’s creative, reliable and has the ability to execute tasks with little oversight. For the right person, this could develop into a full-time virtual assistant gig!

About

(Practice) Head/Heart Therapy is a group therapy practice specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents struggling with shame, trauma, addiction, mood/anxiety disorders, and many other difficulties of life. We aim to increase our clients’ capacity for self-compassion, agency, and efficacy by helping diminish unnecessary suffering. We use an eclectic variety of modalities to address the unique needs of each person who seeks our support, whether they stem from psychological, emotional or spiritual dis-ease.

Sarah Buino, LCSW, RDDP, CADC, CDWF founded Head/Heart Therapy, Inc. in 2014. After working for several years at respected social service agencies around Chicago, Sarah envisioned creating a new group practice that would be a welcoming place where clients can feel free to show up authentically and creatively. Head/Heart’s vision is a reflection of Sarah’s own philosophy and personal experiences of living a rich, examined and sometimes untraditional life outside the box.

(Podcast) Conversations with a Wounded Healer features fascinating, engaging and unscripted interviews with a vast array of people from around the world – united by a common theme of exploring how people do our own healing work while helping others.

Host Sarah Buino, LCSW, CADC and founder of Head/Heart Therapy, Inc. developed Conversations with a Wounded Healer to shine a light on how countless people in caring professions are on a parallel healing journey along with their clients, attending to their own humanity while caring for others. It’s about conversations and community building, what we can learn from each other, and how we can help heal each other.

We’re cultivating a space where we celebrate vulnerability, authenticity and “showing up.” Conversations with a Wounded Healer is a place to meet people we hope will inspire, inform and entertain you…help you heal and grow…and who you can relate to at the same time.
