Overview

Our family-owned real estate company is growing and we are looking to add a part-time contract position that has the potential to grow into something more. Our business focuses exclusively on the purchase and re-sale of vacant land. The right person will embrace our core values and help make the world a little bit better through the work that we do. This position requires a large amount of phone work with strong customer service, negotiation, and follow-up.

Duties are as follows:
Review incoming leads from potential sellers that show up in our system
Creation of property maps using mapping software
Performing initial due diligence of properties
Finding comparable properties to set a potential purchase price
Negotiation of purchase prices with the potential sellers
Working with our intake manager and operations manager to coordinate purchases

There is a 90 day evaluation period. An incentive plan will be added to the compensation structure at the end of the period if we continue to work together.
This is a 1099 position with schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

Negotiations Phone skills (dealing with gruff sellers, following up) General computer proficiency Some real estate or title work is helpful but not necessary
