If you’re a go-getter who isn’t afraid to ask tough questions to plan, manage, and systematize our client projects, this is the position for you. You will work alongside our CEO to help us:
Define task, job, and project scope.
Streamline and automate client onboarding, projects, and deliverables.
Set and hit project goals, timelines, and deadlines.
Document, track, and systematize project tasks and results.
Plan and manage the people and schedules to get the work done on time, every time.
Streamline and automate employee onboarding and training.
To do these tasks, you’ll likely have:
3+ years of project management experience, with an added background in operations
The initiative and comfort to direct yourself
Attention to detail that some might describe as laser-focused
Outstanding time management skills
Impeccable problem-solving skills
The ability to manage and direct our growing team and projects
A proven track record of delivering excellence on time
Outstanding people and communication skills
Proficiency in prioritization
A love for and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-work environment
Preferred PM tools and software that we use or can recommend
A results-oriented attitude
Bonus points if you:
Love using spreadsheets.
Familiar with digital marketing fields such as SEO and CRO.
Know what it takes to hire exceptional employees, contractors, and freelancers.
Successfully scaled a marketing agency.
This is a part-time contract position for 10-20 hours/week. We’d love to continue increasing your hours as you help us scale.
You’ll have the freedom to work remotely in any US or Canadian time zone.
