Some of your day-to-day items will likely include:
* Adhere to task, job, and project scope.
* Set up and prep projects for our team.
* Keep our clients within budget.
* Plan, notify, and manage the people and schedules to get the work done on time, every time.
* Help the team set and hit project goals and deadlines.
* Document, track, and systematize project tasks.
* Streamline and automate client onboarding, projects, and deliverables.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Projects are set up for successful implementation by Growth Ramp for our clients according to our Statement of Work.
* Team has necessary tools for completion of projects (this includes campaigns set up, calls scheduled, and documents available).
* Project stays on budget and meets the margins set by the Growth Ramp leadership.
This is a part-time contract position starting at 10-20 hours/week. We’d love to continue increasing your hours as you help us scale.
You’ll have the freedom to work remotely in any US or Canadian time zone.

QualificationsMust have skills: * Willingness to do what’s necessary to help the team get work done on time and in budget. Bonus points if you: * Have scaled an agency, especially a marketing agency. * Have experience with Zapier. * Love using spreadsheets. * Familiar with digital marketing fields such as PPC, SEO, and CRO. * Familiar or successful with scaling an agency, especially a marketing agency. * Know what it takes to hire exceptional employees, contractors, and freelancers. * Have experience with Pipefy, Teamwork, or another PM tool. * Have experience with Clockify. As part of the Growth Ramp team, you will help us meet these goals: * Help us systematize Growth Ramp to get to $1 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of December 2022. * Help us in 2022 go to: ** $200,000-$250,000 in revenue per FTE. ** A billable ratio of 60%. ** A client profit ratio of 20-40% ** Create templates, procedures, systems, and automations for employees to do our client work.
