About the Opportunity:

Looking for a flexible, fully remote role? Want the opportunity to control your own earning potential? We offer just that—though the earning potential is up to YOU! This role is for driven individuals who thrive on challenge, persistence, and a growth mindset.

You’ll join a hardworking, motivated team, responsible for driving sales at our family orientated and growing land company. We provide you with an existing leads database, and new leads are added daily, giving you the chance to grow your recurring income quickly. NOTE: these are HOT incoming leads, no cold calling needed!

Key Skills to Succeed:

Persistence: Be ready to handle rejection—success depends on your ability to push through and find that “yes”!

People Skills: You’ll be engaging with 10–20+ prospects a day, so being a “people person” is essential.

Phone Etiquette: Comfortable and personable making a high volume of phone calls. 70% of your time will be spent on the phone, only apply if you love getting to know people over the phone!

Organization & Attention to Detail: You’ll need to keep our CRM updated and organized with important information to drive your sales.

Willingness to Learn: We value individuals who strive to improve themselves continually and we love training and providing support for your growth.

Self-Starter: You’re in control of your success in this role, so ambition and a drive to excel are a must.

Sales Skills: While important, your mindset and people skills matter just as much in this role.

Bonus Skills (or you’ll learn them quickly!):

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with vacant land, slope, utilities, access, and general real estate concepts is a plus.

Compensation:
3 week Training Period: $120–$150 per week (based on experience)
Bonus: $50–$150 per sale

Long-Term Compensation: Once you’ve completed the 3 week training and proven your drive, we offer a commission-only role with long-term passive income for each sale—potentially 10Xing your earnings per property.

Our current Sales Rep averaged almost $4,400 per month in her first year working part time with room to grow!

Qualifications

Amazing communication skills and persistence. Excellent at listening and qualifying leads Strong computer and internet skills. Ability to communicate with buyers via phone, email, and text. Reliable internet connection for remote work and quiet space to do so. Training in software and systems will be provided. Regular Weekday and Weekend availability is required. (10-20 hours per week)
