THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Impeccable organizational skills and passion for packaging things up neatly.

A desire to serve and an understanding that if everyone in an organization focuses on their strengths, everyone wins. As an executive assistant you will be asked to do tasks that some people may think “Why can’t the CEO do that for himself?!?” The answer is he can, but the company grows bigger and faster if the CEO focuses only on the core areas that create growth. This role will be a stress reliever for the CEO and the ideal person will take pride in helping the CEO manage everyday demands and focus on driving the company’s growth.

Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail and ability to write concisely with a strong voice

Strong math skills for calculating revenue, profits, and other key performance indicators
Strong technological savvy – 99% of what we do involves the computer. It’s okay if you’ve never created a video, website, or blog before, but if you’re intimidated by the idea of having to learn how, this probably isn’t for you

Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Evernote and comfortable with (or an ability to adapt to) an Apple Mac based environment

Project management or administrative assistant experience is a huge plus but not a requirement. If you geek out over organization and keep a well-structured planner or calendar, you can handle this role.

An appetite to eat challenges for breakfast and see opportunities and solutions in the face of those challenges

An ability to carry out a concept from start to finish solo and as a part of a team

An ability to be productive in a remote work environment

We are looking for a qualified administrative assistant/project manager to assist the CEO and team with the operations and organization of the company. As an Administrative Assistant at Grillaholics, you will work directly with the CEO and have three primary objectives: (1) eliminate stress by managing day-to-day tasks, email, calendar, and helping the CEO stay organized and (2) assist the team with various reporting and administrative tasks, and (3) learn various aspects of the business and help develop and document systems and processes to implement and hire the right people to grow the Grillaholics team. This administrative assistant should be prepared to work in a team environment where self-initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit is both encouraged and highly expected.

THE TASK AT HAND

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Managing CEOs Administrative Tasks – appointments, calendar, email, travel arrangements, etc.

Project Management – You will be responsible for creating and maintaining company project plans and workflow.

Assisting the team with daily / weekly / monthly reporting and other administrative tasks

Working directly with the CEO to learn business processes, document them, and shift certain tasks off his workload. You will be expected to complete these processes as needed while the Company grows until we can package similar tasks into new roles to be hired.

You will assist in the hiring process to fill new roles. As the company grows, you will help manage these new roles.

Any other tasks deemed necessary by the growth of the company
