- Place phone calls or SMS (text) to potential clients from our warm lead directory.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedule
- Generate between 1 and 4 appointments per day
- Maintain computer, telephone and Google Voice account
- Answer Questions to Potential Leads with out F.A.Q. sheet
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
