Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team and lead affiliate partnerships, brand ambassador, and influencer initiatives as we scale our company! Your primary objectives will be to drive new revenue growth, maintain current affiliate relationships, and create new affiliate partnerships through recruiting activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has extensive experience managing affiliate programs that require one-to-one and one-to-many approaches. You should be comfortable leading strategic partnership conversations, know how to work with large data, and have extensive experience with recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners.

$17- $20/ hr plus target bonus

Responsibilities & Qualifications-
Experience in winning traffic from existing affiliates
Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our affiliate marketing and influencer marketing channel to help drive our growth.
Hit monthly/ quarterly/ yearly growth targets as measured by new affiliates referred accounts, and activating recruited affiliates.
Design, launch, and run a repeatable system for recruiting new, highly influential affiliate partners and influencers.
Actively and creatively promotes, motivates and works with existing affiliates
Experience in business development sales
An in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and info product marketing
2 plus years experience in affiliate marketing or info marketing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills/ phone skills
Driven and results oriented
Ability to hustle and deliver on tight deadlines
Experience working with online creators a plus
Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
