Overview
We are looking to fill an immediate part-time position for an experienced Bookkeeper for our firm. As a critical part of our team, your job will include bank statement reconciliation, maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. You will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments as well as basic HR duties like new hire documents, compliance, and temporary disability insurance and workers’ compensation filings and other duties as assigned.
This job is 100% remote.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience with a CPA or law firm QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Deadline and detail-oriented Thomson Reuters Practice CS experience a plus
