Overview
We are currently seeking a contract patent attorney with at least two (2) years of prosecution experience. Ideally, the Contract Attorney’s experience will also include patent litigation and/or post-grant review proceedings. The firm has a varied practice across IP disciplines and technologies. The Contract Attorney will primarily work on patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, inter partes review matters, and patent litigation matters including discovery, motion practice, and legal research. Candidates must have training in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent work experience. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to active practice and in good standing in MA or another state.
The Contract Attorney will work remotely.

Qualifications
JD Admitted to practice law in MA or another state Admitted to the USPTO Patent prosecution experience Patent litigation and/or post-grant review experience a plus Minimum 2 years experience practicing law
