Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Administrative and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients as well as managing their social media platforms. The individual will also be required to collaborate with team members and assist with project management for clients’ operations and administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to clients, including scheduling appointments, managing email, and data entry
Manage social media platforms for clients, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
Utilize a variety of platforms, including Zapier, Zendesk, Dubsado, Google Workspace, Slack, Chat GPT, Canva, and the like, to automate tasks and streamline workflows for clients
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective social media and administrative strategies for clients
Assist with project management and task delegation for clients’ operations and administrative needs
Provide customer service support to clients through various communication channels
Stay up-to-date with client products and services
Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflow efficiency for our clients
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to improve social media performance
Create and manage content calendars for clients’ social media platforms
Manage and organize client files and documents in cloud-based platforms
Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and provide regular reports to clients
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing social media content
