Seeking a self-starter who can handle multiple job duties. The ideal candidate is a guru at effectively organizing and prioritizing projects. Completing tasks on deadline. Using internet resources to complete projects. Manage other employees and ensure their tasks are completed as well. The hours may vary greatly – 20 to 40+ hours per week. $18  – $22 / hour.

  • Track, manage, follow-up and assign tasks
  • Database entry
  • Experienced in multiple Google apps : Docs, sheets, Drive , Calendar etc.
  • Trello and / or ClickUp
  • Hiring staff as needed
  • Write journalist letters
  • Facilitate Zoom meetings
  • Accounting – Quickbook experience


Hourly Rate: $18 – $22 / hour +bonus

Hours: Varies – 20 to 40+ / weekly

This is a remote, 1099 / Contractor position

Location: Must live within 2 hours CST time zone
