Overview

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

Use phone, email, and video conferencing to establish and sustain relationships at all levels within an education community
Clearly present, explain, and review the requirements of educational programs.
Work with educators to have them register and participate in education programs
Outreach to high-level district administrators, education associations, and organizations to share education programs and their value for their educators.
Seek to understand participants’ needs and seamlessly provide delivery options that meet those needs.
Work to communicate and motivate teachers and administrators to stay highly engaged in the program, provide feedback, and motivate students.
Improve participant retention using strategic programs, services, and excellent communication and customer service.
Shares relevant participant feedback with sponsors to form new strategies.
Host program information sessions virtually or in person.
Attend and exhibit at selected conferences and host teacher workshops.
Accepts coaching and takes action to improve performance.

Education and Work Experience:

Knowledge of the K-12 Education market including trends, decision-makers, and hot topics in schools.
Experience with marketing and customer service/outreach.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Experience using relevant computer applications/software.
Self-starter with proof of a strong work ethic.
Experience in any of the following areas should apply:

Customer Acquisition, Customer Sales, and Service
Work Hours and Compensation:

●      Some weekday school hours required for connecting with educators, position is year round

●      May require up to 15 hours per week
