We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our GROWING team.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and friendly person with a strong PEOPLE SKILLS to join our company – we can teach you the industry!
We are seeking a PART TIME market research recruiter who will be working directly with our Project Managers and Assistant Project managers. 20 to 30 hours per week to start (typically about 5 to 6 hours a day – can be flexible)- and looking for an 10 AM to 4 PM EST (again, can be flexible). This is a 100% remote W-2 position. There will also be some minor administrative work, aka entering some things into a CRM daily.
MUST have strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and be GREAT with people.
We are most interested in hiring the RIGHT PERSON.
This is a Monday through Friday position, although there are some weekends recruiters volunteer to be “on call”

We recruit and schedule quality candidates to participate in paid marketing research opportunities, such as focus groups and web studies. (You can learn more about the industry at sites such as http://www.greenbook.org, http://www.qrca.org, and http://www.quirks.com)
The candidates to participate in our studies have already filled out questionnaires -we just need to schedule them- there is no “cold” calling and this is NOT a sales role. However, we do need someone who is friendly and professional to speak with our clients.
As a Market Research Recruiter, you are assigned the important task of screening possible candidates who will eventually take part in studies for our clients. You will exchange initial contact with these applicants, using your skills and judgment to determine their qualifications.
These candidates for studies have already reached out to us and are interested in our study by filling out an application, so calls are just following up, screening and scheduling on the recruitment side. We’ve done studies for many global brands.
Must be comfortable using Google Sheets/Google Docs (Microsoft Office)
Must be able to watch a tutorial on a software program and learn how to use it effectively.
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
Must be detail-oriented, detail-oriented and detail-oriented (Did I mention “Detail oriented”?
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- and great with coworkers and people

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
(Recruiters have typically started and remain part-time. There are abilities to become full-time as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager Trainee, or can remain part time)
