In addition to networking and job listings, the platform provides AI-driven market intelligence to help attorneys make informed career decisions.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Legal Data Processor to handle all aspects of data management for our attorney database, law firm database, and market intelligence platform. Responsibilities include:
-Help manage all incoming files using the processes we have in place for effective data management.
-Monitor and analyze data systems to confirm the accuracy of our artificial intelligence, NLP and other algorithms we have in place to streamline the processing of the data.
-Devise and implement new methods for increasing efficiency in data handling and analysis.
-Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
-Collaborate with management to discuss any data problems that may arise and develop potential solutions.
Qualifications
-A Juris Doctor degree is preferred but not required. -Work experience in a law firm, preferably a large firm or a sophisticated boutique. -An understanding of the various nuanced practiced areas in which the attorneys in our database practice. -Excellent organizational skills.
