Overview

We are looking for a part-time relationship manager/digital marketing manager to assist us in a variety of tasks.  This would be a great position for someone who takes pride in being helpful, professional, and organized.  The relationship manager will being working directly with me and communicating regularly via email, phone and zoom. The ideal person has obsessive attention to detail, is a problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and can work autonomously.

DUTIES

-Processing paperwork for account opening, contributions and distributions, account maintenance, etc.

-Handling multiple account types and ability to keep clear on the requirements for each (IRA, Roth, Solo 401k, etc.) (will train as needed!)

-Oversee all digital marketing to include Social Media Content, website SEO, and constant contact emails.

-Onboarding new clients, including efficient handling of DocuSign documents and following up on outstanding items.

-Entering and updating client records in our database and running queries and reports .

-Enter leads to CRM and Constant Contact.

-Copy newsletter content to website blog.

-Manage and post prepared content to YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

-Handle client mailings (Christmas gifts, etc.)

You are looking for a long-term opportunity. Would be a bonus if you had some computer coding and excel experience; however, not required. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with or mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Zoom, and DocuSign. Familiarity with RedTail (CRM, calendar, and email) is a bonus! Experience with digital marketing. Experience with banking or financial services is a plus but not required – our industry is heavily regulated, so being familiar with those parameters would be helpful
