We are a 22-year -old membership company. We train, coach, and certify qualified financial planners from around the world.

We have a community of financial planners. Many have been with us for two decades.

We are in a strong growth mode. We are at the front end of building and expanding our products and body of work. We will add several new team members and replace two.

The operations person will be an active part of our team.

Job description:

We are looking for an Operations manager that can help guide us though this strong growth mode.

This is a virtual position, 20 hours a week, Monday Thru Friday and starting at $33/hr.

Prefer Central or Eastern time zone

Must be fluent in Kajabi, our website platform

Must be fluent in Zoho, our CRM

We use of Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google docs, and Monday.com

We want to fill this position very soon as we are reconfiguring our in-house team.

Qualifications

We need someone who will get to know every platform and program better than anyone else so they can troubleshoot. Ability to see how all the technology pieces fit together and see where things are breaking down or might break down. Maintain our security systems, daily checking on systems and spam filters. Work in coordination with our contracted tech support company and in-house team. Ability to see how all the technology pieces fit together and see where things are breaking down.
