We have strong community of financial planners. Many have been with us for two decades.
We are in a strong growth mode. We are at the front end of building and expanding our products and body of work. We will add several new team members and replace two.
1099/ 15- 20 hours a week/ $30 an hour
Job description:
Personal assistant to Susan Bradley
Virtual position, 15 to 20 hours a week, Monday Thru Friday
Prefer Central or Eastern time zone
Fluent in Zoho, Kajabi, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google docs, Monday.com for projects
Experience as a virtual assistant, with high end executive skills.
Help manage my calendar, review week calendar, send out reminders – Outlook calendar
Keep track of the requirements for speaking engagements – Monday project boards
Send email reminders and short communication with my contacts
Manage my projects – follow ups, reminders,
Good writing skills, emails, must have excellent editing skills, I need final-eyes reliability
Coordinate with team members
Set up team meetings – calendar, email agendas, follow ups when appropriate, take notes and post
Host and set up my zoom meetings
Personal follows up with clients and team members
The ability to figure things out when presented with a new challenge
Ability to use kajabi and Zoho support centers
Work well with our contracted tech support team
