You are a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in handling administrative responsibilities such as task and email management, database management (Excel and Google Sheets), and research. You take pride in your attention to detail and your ability to identify any foreseeable issues and propose viable solutions. You are a confident and excellent communicator who is not afraid to ask questions, share ideas and express suggestions for the continued success of the organization.

What is the job?

Following processes we have to research businesses fitting our clients’ criteria for acquisition. Once you have found a list of great businesses, then email the candidates to see who may be interested in selling. Ones that are interested in selling, work with them to book a meeting with one of our business brokers. Time commitment is very flexible throughout the day (meaning work on your schedule) but you need to be available M-F and an hr on Mondays for our team meetings.

We value our growing team and want to find great people with an honest, open, and upbeat life lense.

We are listing this as a part-time position. However, we are open to this being a full-time position if fitting. If the above sounds like a fun way to earn money with a flexible schedule, we definitely want to meet and see if we may be a fit!
