Job Overview for Sales Representative
At Fair Healthcare Staffing, we would be nothing without a successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our clients have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Objectives of this Role
·       Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet the needs
·       Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
·       Attend daily meetings online and update the team on the plan for the day
·       Maintain working relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
·       Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
·       Keep detailed records of all contacts
·       Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential healthcare facilities
·       Develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
·       Report weekly to the Executive Assistant and discuss future targets.

Skills and Qualifications
·       At least two years in sales, preferably in the medical industry
·       Excellent verbal, communication, interpersonal, presentation, time management, and organizational skills
·       Must be a self-starter and a team player
·       Able to work independently as this is a remote position
·       Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
·       Strong negotiation and sales skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
