We offer a variety of training programs that include self-study courses, live mentoring, and live events. We teach skills for successful dating at every stage of the relationship journey. THE ENROLLMENT COACH WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a results-driven, self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding enrollment targets.

Our ideal team member is a savvy sales professional who is passionate about enrolling ideal clients into the right next step for them. You are focused on honest conversations that provide an exciting solution for both parties.

You always know your numbers and LOVE closing a deal but pride yourself on your’ people first’ approach to achieving the right results and making a difference in people’s lives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the CEO and Operations Manager to set sales targets, accurately track metrics and regularly report progress.
Lead enrollment conversations to determine if prospects are the right fit for our programs
Process all initial client payments, ensuring all up-front funds are received and accurate credit card details are on file for future payments
Support new client on-boarding process ensuring all client questions are answered, and any transition to the Customer Service team is seamless.
Lead re-enrollment conversations as needed for clients wishing to withdraw from a program
Proactively follow-up with all leads, pursuing each opportunity to a firm conclusion.
Be responsible that all sales conversations are on brand and a seamless representation of the client’s voice.
Participate in regular weekly sales training with CEO or operations manager to sharpen skills and ensure complete immersion in the promise of the program, the client’s voice, and the company brand
Enthusiastically support all marketing initiatives to help generate a steady flow of sales conversations for the business.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

Two or more years experience leading enrollment conversations in the Leadership/Speaker/Author/Coach space
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Hands-on experience re-enrolling clients you know to be a great fit
Direct experience tracking and interpreting sales metrics such as Connection and Conversion rates
Basic understanding of online marketing.

COMPENSATION

This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is based on a competitive commission rate.

Schedule is flexible, but must have good availability (including two weekends per month), and be sensitive to hours that are convenient for potential clients.
