We are looking for an individual with a degree in accounting / finance who has a passion for helping small businesses. Exigo Business Solutions is committed to educating business owners on their financial health and providing a trans-formative strategy which will enable them to experience profit.

The ideal candidate is an A-Player who is organized, self-motivated, results oriented, thorough, with a basic knowledge of accounting. We want a part-time, long-term, All-Star Accountant who gets pleasure out of helping others experience profit through solid accounting services.

Everyone we add to our team MUST HAVE the following:

1 – Self-Motivation – Each team member needs to be disciplined and hard working. They need to be comfortable being macro managed (which is the opposite of micro managed) and self-driven to accomplish their goals and the company goals.

2 – Be Extraordinarily Organized – You must have the ability to constantly juggle communicating with clients, doing the actual technical work, meeting with new prospects, and still have enough time for your own personal life.

3 – Constant improvement –Our commitment to our clients is that we are better today than we were 6 months ago and in 6 months will be even better still. As a team member this becomes your commitment as well.

 

Responsibilities

For this Life Changing Accountant role, WE PREFER that you:

· Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Have the ability to receive helpful observations for improvement

· Have the ability to be polite even if the client is IRRATE

· Are able to be consistently punctual to work

· Are willing to speak up if you disagree

Oh yeah… ONE MORE THING …

Compensation

$20-$25/hr

W2

This position will be 9am-1pm CST  Monday- Thursday
