About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client-Facing Office365 and SharePoint Project Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various projects related to Office365 and SharePoint, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Coordinator will act as a liaison between our clients and the development team, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on project status, issues, risks, change requests, updates, and schedules using SharePoint and other tools.
  • Document and maintain project plans, scope, requirements, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Support development and editing of PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and other project-related documents.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, trainings, and events.
  • Provide training and guidance to the project team on processes, technology applications, and project management techniques.
  • Assist the project director with any other project-related tasks as needed.
  • Act as a single point of contact with clients.
  • Host regular client meetings.
  • Coordinate requirement gathering meetings, compile meeting notes and action items.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze client needs and requirements
  • Experience developing and presenting proposals and solutions to clients
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Office365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SharePoint administration, configuration, development, and integration.
  • Business Analysis Experience

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
