Virtual Administrative Assistant To CEO & CSM

We are a rapidly growing holistic foundational health company built on principles of excellence and compassionate care for our clients.

Our Founder & CEO created this company from her own health journey and needs a right hand to help her manage our increasing administrative tasks such as tracking incoming client spreadsheet data, and the tasks related to shipping their program supplements, etc.

Our CSM works tirelessly to serve our clients in every aspect of their healing journey. This program heals women holistically– body, mind, emotions, ect. She needs someone capable of putting notes into client files, sending client messages, tracking protocol implementation tasks, creating worksheets, templates, workbooks, and posts based on her directions.

The best fit candidate for this position has some background in western medicine as well as holistic medicine with a mindset for excellence! We don’t mind mistakes but we mind not taking responsibility for them. We are committed to compassionate care of our clients who come to us very sick and get amazing results. That means we need someone willing and able to communicate with clarity and compassion while maintaining excellent processes within the organization.

We need our VA to be able to:

  • Manage and create spreadsheets
  • Canva worksheets and pdfs
  • Managing email inboxes and responses.
  • Researching topics and bringing the information to us in a digestible format
  • Planning and coordinating meetings.
  • Entering conversion data into metrics system, generating and sending reports
  • Systems used: Go High Level, Practice Better App, G Suite, Loom, Vimeo, Slack, Zoom
  • Entering weekly sessions into a Dashboard
  • Other administrative support tasks
  • And DEFINITELY an attitude of “I can Google that”. We are happy to give guidance but we need a go and figure it out kind of VA

Qualifications

Qualifications Creative thinking and writing skills. We need you to be able to take what we say and write it up in a way that communicates effectively and compassionately to our clients or potential clients.Available to work Monday – Friday during east coast standard business hours. Able to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility. (This is a permanent contractor position.) Able to pass background and reference checks. Living and able to work in the United StatesUnderstands HIPPA confidentiality practicesSome medical background knowledge is preferred. Candidates with this knowledge will be given preference in the interview process. We have a 2 step interview process because joining our team is really joining a family.
