Seeking a fun customer service specialist for our Facebook and Instagram accounts!

We are a high-potency natural skincare brand who believes in transparency and treating both customers and non-customers like gold!

We are boosting our social media presence and receive about 50 comments/messages per day across Facebook and Instagram.

We are seeking someone with awesome typing skills, patience, kindness, and common sense to answer each comment/message when appropriate – and deleting the occasional spam/rude comment that also comes up!

Knowledge of our products (read: free skincare for you!), ingredients, and skin/types conditions will be necessary, and your knowledge will certainly grow with time!

BONUS – if you are an awesome writer and/or  have experience/knowledge of natural skincare ingredients and techniques, we can grow this position to you also creating social media posts and content 🙂 If you have this, please let us know, but it is not required for the immediate position.

The Social Media Customer service job will take 5-10 hours per week, and will grow as our brand grows.
If you are interested in adding content creation/blogging, then that could double the hours per week.
