Overview
I am seeking an assistant to help me sell vacant land. This is a spare-time job – about 1 hour a day.
Duties:
– Post ads on social media per my instructions using ad copy I provide
– Check for ad responses 3 times a day (morning, mid-day, and evening)
– Respond to inquiries using a list of FAQs I have compiled (and add to constantly)
– Offer prospects to have a Property Report emailed to them
– Send me the emails prospects provide
– Follow up with hot leads by email and phone
– After initial training, attempt to close sales (extra bonuses paid)

Qualifications
- Must have your own Social Media account(s) - Proficient in speaking and typing in English - Able to follow written and video tutorial instructions - Good phone presence - Able to grow and learn
