We help families impacted by Dyslexia. We support parents to take control of their child’s education so that they can enjoy a successful academic career filled with enthusiasm, pride, and leadership. We are currently hiring for Rockstar Coaches and Tutoring Specialists.
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide one-to-one and/or small group instruction online, based upon each client’s learning needs.
– Work with the Supervisor to implement client instruction plans.
– Facilitate the use of curriculum you are provided with
– Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive learning environment.
– Use provided technology to facilitate online instruction and manage client records.
Dyslexia Coaches/Tutoring Specialists MUST have the following qualities:
– Authentic love for working with children
– Enthusiastic, positive, and patient
– Passionate about helping
– Desire to continue learning and improving themselves.
– Reliable, On Time, Good Communication.

If you fit the above qualifications, even if you don’t yet have all of the below qualifications, I’d like to invite you to apply. There will be training and supervision involved.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelors or Masters Degree (or in progress)
– Teaching Credential
– Experience in the fields of ABA, Autism, Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, or other Learning Disabilities
Remote Work Requirements:
Strong and reliable internet connection required.
Ability to use equipment such as headphones, laptops/Chromebooks to engage and instruct clients. Workspace with a simple background, adequate lighting, uninterrupted by sound or other people.
