The Real Estate Administrator provides critical support for accounting, collections, vendor management and outbound leasing for several commercial properties, an event center and a property management company. This requires accuracy and precision in posting entries in Excel, timely followups with tenants and prospects via email, maintaining up to date online records and files, drafting letters and editing correspondence and having a pleasant but firm and persistent personality to follow up on financial matters as it relates to tenants, renters and suppliers/vendors. In addition the assistant will be called upon to provide general administrative support and to the extent they are able.

Administrator will ideally understand the basics of gross commercial office and triple net retail leases and invoicing. While this is a remote position, Administrator will be expected to work with others who are on-site in accounting, property management and facilities to collect information as required. As this is a support function also manage upward to ask questions as needed and over time anticipate issues that may emerge.
