About the position:

Currently, they are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the professional needs of the business. Our Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of our executives in the company but be the face of the company. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and have direct communication with our clients/customers. Along with a sense of urgency, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who can think quickly on their feet, can process quickly, loves connecting with clients and customers via telephone, and have a caring demeanor. As our Executive Assistant, you will have an optimistic, can-do attitude with a solution-focused mindset.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: (Additional tasks will be discussed during the interview process.)

  • Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the calendars and set up meetings
  • Oversee administrative tasks
  • Format information for internal and external communication- memos, emails, presentations, reports, and more
  • Connect with clients/customers via phone and email
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing, submitting & following up on proposals for mold remediation projects
  • Preparing reports for insurance claim submittals

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

  • Hourly range: $23 – $37
  • Minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Flexible
  • Available to work in the Central time zone
  • US Citizen
  • Fully remote; If in the Lafayette or Ville Platte area- hybrid is optional
  • W2 position
  • Long-term commitment

Qualifications

- At least 2 or 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant - Highly proficient in using technology and navigating apps - Preferably highly experienced using Apple products such as Apple Mac computers - At least 2 years using a CRM - Discretion and confidentiality - Outstanding time management skills - Highly proficient in using office platform systems such as calendars, digital planners, etc. - Flexible **What skills and values will you have:** - Empathetic and caring demeanor - Strong sense of urgency - Can think quickly on their feet - Attention to detail - Enjoys communicating and helping people - Outstanding organizational skills - Always looking to learn and grow professionally and personally - Problem-solver
