– Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing templates, landing pages, and display ads
– Collaborate with our marketing team to develop concepts and design solutions that meet project requirements
– Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs within deadlines
– Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the client’s brand identity
We create content that attracts businesses to other businesses. Our market target approach identifies target audiences and connects them with our clients, creating trust and engagement opportunities.
Founder Shawn Donovan has a degree in architecture and an MBA with over 30 years of business development, marketing, and building brand awareness to the A&D community. We have created and presented hundreds of AIA Continuing Education courses, managed trades shows, hosted symposiums, created video courses, managed lunch & learns, conducted focus groups, created custom project lead programs, all with the intent to help drive new business for our clients.

Qualifications- Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, or Affinity Design Suite - Experience with Canva - A solid understanding of design principles and best practices for digital marketing - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including samples of digital marketing campaigns you've designed
