Overview

We are a virtual, online business coaching entrepreneurs and small business owners to buy businesses. We have a global base of 7,000 customers who are serviced primarily via email and our various online coaching platforms.

We are recruiting a part-time (hours to flex the individual) virtual assistant to manage …

  • Customer service inquiries
  • Social media management
  • CEO & leadership team assistance (travel, scheduling, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc research requests

Hours will average circa 15 hours per week and could be higher when we are managing product and promo launches. Potential to turn into a full-time position for the right person but multi-client VA’s (with capacity) are welcome to apply.

Ideally based in the USA, you will be engaged as a 1099 or independent contractor.

Experience supporting growing, online coaching, and course businesses is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Successful candidate ideally in place by 3rd week of June.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about creating a pleasurable, seamless customer experience and contributing to a customer-centric culture. • Demonstrate strong verbal communications skills including diction, grammar and tone. • Have a self-motivated, upbeat, consultative demeanor. • Stay calm and professional with customers under circumstances requiring de-escalation and diplomacy. • Be trusted implicitly with confidential information. • Be able to navigate multiple applications / systems in several environments. • Be an independent thinker who can critically problem solve. • Complete any duties that are assigned in a timely and professional manner. • Have experience with Infusionsoft and Microsoft Office. • 2-3 years’ prior customer service experience. • Ideally have some social media and/or content marketing experience.
