Overview
We are a Land investing company looking for a Sales Manager. The role involves following up with leads and providing them information about the property they are interested in. Must be willing to get on the phone and speak with leads who provide their phone numbers. Must have some sales experience, although high pressure sales tactics are not expected.
Looking for someone who is naturally driven. Someone who is assertive and looking to close deals. Applicant must a have great personality and people skills. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual is also a plus.
This position is paid on commission. $250 plus 10% of the down payment for terms purchases. $250 plus 1% of cash price for cash purchases. Leads are provided on a daily basis. The goal is to sell 8-10 properties each month.
Follow Up Boss is our CRM. The system currently has some follow up automation in place. Training will be provided if needed.
