As our part-time Acquisitions Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in following up with interested sellers who contact us via email, text, and voicemail. You’ll ask a few questions, build rapport, and work with our team to generate and present cash offers.

We use FollowUpBoss.com to streamline communication with our high-quality inbound seller leads that come in from our various marketing campaigns. We’ll provide you with all the necessary training and support to help you succeed in this role.

In return, we offer a base hourly rate and a quarterly bonus for your hard work and dedication.

Qualifications

Must love chatting with and helping people by phone, listening to why they want to sell their land, presenting them with offers, and answering their questions without applying unusual pressure. We'll provide training, but familiarity with Microsoft Office or G-Suite and a CRM system is a big plus! Native English speaker required. Late-model computer and reliable high-speed internet are a must.
