Construction company seeking a mostly remote part time office assistant.  2-3 days per week or 4-5 hours each day, with at-least 1 day in the office.  Tasks: maintain the books, client accounts, schedule appointments, order materials, help with administrative tasks (answer calls, letter writing, lite filing, etc..), use the internet to research specific projects. Quickbooks bookkeeping experience, ability to work on your own and prioritizing tasks are a must.  Must have an excellent command of the English language.  Have an upbeat personality & strong work ethic.
