We are two hard-working real estate executives looking for 2 part-time, or 1 amazing full-time, executive assistants. We want someone who can be part of our growth and be our partner in reaching our goals.
This is a Work From Home position.
The ideal person candidate would have the following skills and personality:
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Good at proofreading, editing and writing in that order.
- Good at project management, not just time management
- Ability to think a step or two ahead, since most people aren’t good at reading minds.
- Detail and task orientated and you enjoy organizing things.
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives and they are comfortable communicating with you.
- Finance and budgeting experience (Quickbooks a plus).
