We are looking for a key team player to take us to the next level by owning and managing our Social Media and Influencer relationships.

YOU are a Growth minded, Data Driven, Affiliate managing Rockstar! You are comfortable with hands on managing our youtube, Instagram, and other social media accounts. You reach out to influencers and create relationships and find Cheerleaders and lovers of our brand. The whole purpose is to find influencers who love Coop as much as we do, so they can bring awareness, traffic and profitable sales to our site.

You understand our target demographic, and help us find new target demographics. What does that mean? Good sleep doesn’t only mean cheesy commercials, but it’s really for all of us that care about our health, that may mean audiences who love yoga, mommies who need more sleep, and finding those little communities where we can help and be of service and provide value in a mutually beneficial way.

You will work directly with one of the Co-Founders of the business, as well as our creative team – and if you have photo, video, or editing skills that’s definitely a plus.

What will your day to day look like? You will reach out to new influencers, manage relationships with existing influencers, come up with ideas and strategies to provide value and continue to grow our network of fans. The benefit of being on a small team is that you get to do a ton of stuff and learn a lot as you go along. This position is really what you can make of it and its an opportunity for someone who is driven, excited and thrives in independence to really stretch their wings and shine!

You have to love social media, and reaching out to new people. You have to love coming up with new and fun ideas and ways for us to work with influencers and understand that not only is social media fun, but also create and ROI and how to measure that ROI for the company.

- Manage (including creating posts) all our social media platforms, and understand data driven performance goals as well as maintaining our aesthetic brand standards. - Experience in photography, videography and photo editing is a plus! - Positive attitude. - Ability to work at a fast pace. - Excellent work ethic. Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, honest, and work well with others. - Works well as a team member to obtain common goals. - A person who can recognize and do what is best for not just our company, but also for our customers. - Intelligent and organized self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision. - Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, work on a deadline, and be a fast learner. - Good communication skills with a Customer Service orientation. - Must have a high attention to detail. - Ability to learn new things and retain information - Preferred experience Managing, and maintaining relationships with influencers. - Fully understand our target demographic and help us broaden to other relevant demographics. - Good general computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet.
