Overview
The Operations Coordinator will fulfill the following duties and will report directly to the President of Cook Street. Responsibilities include the following:
Financials Management (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables Only)
–Accounts Payable Responsibilities
—-Administer time and expense policy for Cook Street Contractors
—-Create and Reconcile time and expense payables
—-Manage incoming vendor invoices and pay per negotiated terms
—-Govern/organize Accounts Payable documentation requirements
—-Manage accounts payable reporting to upper management
–Accounts Receivable Responsibilities
—-Invoice customers per customer requirements
—-Reconcile customer and associated payable accounts
—-Manage AR aging report and work collaboratively with Customers on payment issues
—-Govern/organize Accounts Receivable documentation requirements
—-Manage accounts receivable reporting to upper management
Human Resources (Recruit to Staff only)
–Recruiting Coordination
—-Single point of contact for recruiter submissions to Cook Street open contract positions
—-Validate candidate job interest and pre-negotiated pay
—-Coordinate and schedule Cook Street prescreen interviews
—-Submit approved candidates to customers
—-Schedule and coordinate candidate customer interviews
—-Inform Cook Street recruiters and candidates of contract wins and losses
–Contractor Management
—-Onboard contractors to time and expense policies and procedures
—-Coordinate and execute background and drug screening procedures (per Customer requirements
—-Coordinate the completion of independent contractor services agreements
—-Manage Cook Street’s on-going relationship to independent contractor staff
—-Escalate issues to management as required
–Operations and Special Projects
—-Document Cook Street business processes and procedures
—-Create Operations training material
—-Generate and publish insurance certifications as required by Clients
—-Special projects as assigned by Management

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of professional services industry - Working knowledge of professional services billing and payable processes - QuickBooks or related financials applications experience - Former consulting or independent contracting experience - Customer service oriented and patient - Skilled and thorough written and verbal communication - Demonstrated ability to manage small projects
