Hi There!
I am looking for a hard-working, high-energy, contractor with great communion skills to join our dynamic client support team.
We are a digital marketing agency that works to support Functional Medicine / Integrative Medicine doctors to acquire new patients for their practices. We specialize in Google Ads, High-Level Funnel Design, Facebook, YouTube, and TV Advertising.
We are passionate about health and wellness and helping people find amazing doctors that are providing non-harmful interventions for Neuropathy and Chronic Pain. We currently work with 75 clinics in over 40 states and growing.
We are looking for someone who can join the team and come in and be responsible for managing our client accounts. They are the first point of contact helping clients with customer service issues, marketing campaign updates, and client front desk (how to answer the phone calls we generate with our marketing) training.
Job Requirments:
Respond to Client E-mails & Phone Calls
Monitor and Manage Client Accounts for Optimum Results
Complete weekly scorecards for each client and notify the internal technical support team of any sluggish campaigns or anything that needs attention.
Defer to Google Ads/Facebook issues to our Development team to optimize marketing campaigns
Responsible for New Client Training on how to handle new client phone calls and utilize our Call Tracking System. All trainings will be done on Zoom, this is a 100% virtual position.
Maintain a Personal Relationship with Client to promote Retention
Bonus opportunities are available.
Reporting directly to the COO and be involved in weekly team meetings via zoom
Our agency has doubled in the number of new clients and revenue each year over the past 3 years and is expected to continue that trend with a number of new opportunities available in our niche.

A great attitude is a must. The ability to communicate, problem-solve, and understand the big picture is really important to our culture. Any experience working in the medical/health and wellness field is a bonus, but not a necessity. : )

Qualifications
Great communication skills both verbal and written are a must. Navigate E-mail correspondences with clients and team. Schedule and Perform Zoom Calls with clients and team. Manage and update Google Sheets. Navigate our CRM to store and update client data. Experience using Asana (task management software) is a plus. Highly Motivated and ready to join a fast-growing company. Able to identify issues and resolve them quickly. Must have a passion for life! We love what we do and we have a lot of fun doing it. : )
