Job Overview

The OD’s main responsibility is to free Matthias from the planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of the business.

Success will be measured by driving business profitability and growth, through:

  • Reducing fact-finding, planning, and follow-up from Matthias’s responsibilities
  • Reducing the amount of information Matthias needs to consume on a daily basis
  • Reducing the number of decisions that Matthias needs to make on a daily basis
  • Reducing the number of emails and interruptions that Matthias receives on a daily basis

  • Ability to create and organize SOPs

Technical Requirements

  • MUST be proficient with computers, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
    MUST have a working knowledge of accounting and business finance
    MUST have a background in project management or operations
    MUST have access to a webcam, reliable Internet, and a reliable phone connection
    MUST be able to install Dialpad on your computer for messaging

Position details:

  • The position is a part-time position, ranging from 10-20 hours each week.
  • You must be available to work at least 4 out of 5 weekdays, between the hours of 7am to 3pm MT (9-5 ET).
  • The position is a fully remote position.
  • The pay rate for this position will start at $35-50/hour, dependent on your qualifications and skill level.
  • The position will be either a W-2 or 1099 position, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
