Overview

Main Work Responsibilities:

Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the second interview with the company’s Hiring Manager.

Daily Tasks include:

  • Morning call with CEO to review personal daily metrics, specific tasks, and reminders
  • End-of-day call with a similar structure
  • Prefilter CEO’s email and set up appropriate email filters

Weekly Tasks include:

  • Confirming the cleaning schedule and notifying the officemate
  • Oversee a “working session” with the CEO to make sure miscellaneous tasks get done
  • Contact attendees of meetings with meeting confirmation and agenda items
  • Schedule meetings with vendors and/or clients
  • Manually test and verify websites and email addresses
  • Sort and file mail

Monthly Tasks include:

  • Set up and Update recurring project management tasks

Periodic Tasks include:

  • Proofreading documents
  • Updating Google groups, setting up emails and internal user accounts
  • Creating invoices
  • Updating calendar events
  • Daily and weekly outreach to speaking venues for marketing
  • Bookkeeping
  • Dictating and transcribing emails for the CEO

The Salary, Benefits, and Perks they offer:

  • Hourly Range: $20 – $25
  • Part-time role, up to 15 hours a week
  • 100% Remote position
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Open to W-2 or 1099 contract
  • Must be available to meet with CEO for 30-minutes every weekday morning, up to 60-minutes every weekday midday, and 30-minutes every weekday evening (exact schedule can be accommodated)

About the position we are recruiting for: Currently, they are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and team members. Along with the administrative background, this person will have experience in bookkeeping and project management. The Administrative Assistant will be the face of the company and provide the organization, communication, and structure they are missing.

Qualifications

The Background Qualifications they need- Education and/or Experience: 3 years of administrative support experience and/or office management experience Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail Bookkeeping background Project Management background Can do a variety of well-documented tasks that must be repeated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis The Skills they need: Attention to detail and need for accuracy Critical Thinker and Problem Solver Excellent written and Verbal communication skills Ability to precisely follow written instructions Skilled with numbers, spreadsheets, and bookkeeping practices
