About Us
We are a telehealth company helping men get discreet, doctor-led treatment for sexual health. Patients complete a short online visit, a US-licensed doctor reviews their case, and medication ships straight to their door from US-certified pharmacies. Thousands of men trust us with something personal, and we want every one of them to feel heard and well cared for.

The Role
We’re looking for a warm, steady person to be the human voice of HealthCraft. You’ll reach out to people who started a visit or order but didn’t finish, check in with current patients about how things are going, and help anyone who contacts us with questions. This isn’t a sales job. Your goal is to listen, understand what’s getting in someone’s way, and help them get what they need.

Nurses who have stepped back from bedside care — retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for a calmer role — are especially encouraged to apply. Your clinical experience and bedside manner are exactly what this role needs.

What You’ll Do
• Contact people who didn’t complete their visit or purchase (phone, email, or text) to learn why and help them finish if it’s right for them
• Check in with patients to see how satisfied they are and gather honest feedback
• Answer general questions about orders, shipping, billing, subscriptions, and how our service works
• Talk about sensitive health topics with discretion, respect, and zero judgment
• Pass any medical or medication questions to our licensed providers (you won’t diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice)
• Keep clear notes and share patterns you hear so we can keep improving the experience
Who You Are
• Nursing background (RN or LPN, active or retired) strongly preferred; other patient-facing healthcare experience welcome
• Comfortable and professional discussing men’s sexual health
• A natural listener who’s friendly on the phone and clear in writing
• Understands patient privacy and HIPAA
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, a customer support system, spreadsheets)

What We Offer
• Fully remote, with flexible scheduling: [hours/days, e.g. 20–30 hours per week, weekday daytime]
• $40,000 annual
• Meaningful work helping people with something many find hard to talk about
• A small team where your feedback directly shapes how we care for patients

How to Apply
Send your resume and a few sentences about why this role appeals to you. Please mention your healthcare background and the hours you’d like to work.
