We are seeking a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and highly consistent Customer Enrollment & Wellness Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for individuals invited to enroll in Mi Vida Vibrante.

This role combines enrollment outreach, program guidance, payment processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate with sensitivity and empathy while confidently explaining the value of the program and guiding individuals through enrollment.

This is not aggressive promotion. This is relationship-based, mission-driven outreach and enrollment support.

The daily work will be structured, repetitive, and process-oriented — involving consistent outreach, follow-up, enrollment tracking, and answering customer questions.

**Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Management

Track and follow up with interested potential clients via phone or text

Document outreach attempts and outcomes

Answer questions regarding program access or participation

Process payments and maintain accurate financial enrollment records

Assist participants with login or access issues

Maintain organized records of communications and enrollments

Provide regular enrollment and payment reports to CEO

Identify follow-up gaps or operational issues

Support ongoing improvement of enrollment processes

Requirements
