We’re looking to add a few curious, strategic, and driven Recruiting Support Reps (think professional interviewers) to our team.

 

There’s 4 main parts to the role:

1. Lead deep dive interviews with motivated sales people looking to grow their careers.

2. Take through notes, to assess how placeable a candidate is, and providing coaching when needed.

3. 85%++ of your interviews will be booked for you. The rest you will source from our internal pipeline, community, and referrals.

4. Work in tandem with our account management team to match make them to their dream job!

Our perfect candidate is someone who:

Has 1+ years of experience leading strategic interviews with business professionals.

In a perfect world, you’ve spend a majority of that time interviewing sales people (although not a hard requirement.)

 

You value stability, and you’re looking for a role you can take on for the long term.

You want to be a part of a fast-paced, high growth company. We’ve gone from 0 to 70+ people in 2 years.

You have invested in coaching/personal development/online education products and/or have experience in the industry.
