Do you consider yourself as someone with amazing people skills that has an appreciation for production work? We have an opening for an Online Bookkeeper with strong accounting capabilities. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! Hours are somewhat flexible. Pay depends on level of experience. This Bookkeeper role works remotely.

 

If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, maintaing accounting records for clients using QuickBooks Online, reconciling accounts, interfacing with accounting experts such as tax accountant, and ProAdvisors, reporting, and performing banking function, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Excellent knowledge of computers and the Internet. Work fluently with Microsoft Office, email, browsers, Windows operating systems, and PCs. • Ability and knack for working with numerical data. Attention to detail. Accurate. • Solid understanding of the levels of QuickBooks Online application: Startup, Essential, Plus and Advanced. • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of business and accounting terms such as profit, ROI, assets, liabilities, etc. • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. • Ability to communicate effectively and timely, both orally and in writing. • Knowledge of general office procedures, such as scanning and faxing. • Innovative and creative in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes. • Flexible and adaptable to change.
