We’re looking for an experienced freelance Paid Ads specialist to create winning Search and Social Media advertising. The candidate must develop an effective ads strategy for clients from idea to execution. Our ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and motivated with a self-starter attitude. This position is a part-time contracted position; hours depend on the scope and timeline of the individual project. Choose your schedule as long as the work gets done on time. As a marketing agency, we are looking for a long-term relationship for this and future projects.

Qualifications
• Have 3 years+ agency experience managing both Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads for clients* • Experience getting results for a variety of local businesses – especially HVAC, insulation, water treatment, and other home service-related companies • Outstanding track record of generating leads • Understand the buyer and how to utilize paid media • Write engaging ad copy that is designed to convert • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot campaigns to optimize results • Work closely with team members to develop landing pages that convert • Set up accurate lead tracking and reporting on KPIs
